About Project
Corporate Office Park is a three-building office campus in Bandung, designed to host multiple tenant companies with independent building access and shared central facilities. The project combined individual building construction with shared site infrastructure.

Tsuraven managed construction across all three buildings and the shared site works, including:
Structural works for each of the three office buildings
Façade and building envelope construction
Shared parking structure and central plaza works
Site-wide drainage, roads, and landscape works
MEP coordination across independent building systems
Connecting Multiple Buildings on One Site
Phasing the three buildings required careful sequencing of shared infrastructure, such as access roads and utility connections, so that completed buildings could be handed over while construction continued on the remaining blocks without disrupting tenants already in occupation.
