Construction has officially begun on the Riverside Office Tower, a 12-story commercial development set to redefine the city’s waterfront skyline. The project marks one of our largest undertakings to date, combining modern architecture with sustainable engineering.

A Landmark for the Waterfront District

Our team broke ground last week after nearly eight months of planning, permitting, and site preparation. The tower will feature floor-to-ceiling glass facades, a rooftop terrace, and a two-level underground parking structure.
